During a joint gathering in Bulgaria bringing together partners from Spain, Italy, France, and Bulgaria, CONCOVAL, alongside the Energy Technological Institute (ITE) and the Federation of Electric Cooperatives, officially presented its new Service Hub for energy communities. The initiative delivers an operational package designed to empower local actors, featuring in-depth legal assessments, practical handbooks, guidance from experienced cooperative leaders, and upcoming financing agreements forged with credit unions alongside public support schemes from IVACE and IDAE.
This milestone reinforces the cooperative movement’s ability to drive a fairer, decentralized energy landscape placed directly in the hands of citizens, advancing the core mission shared under the Encom-Hub framework.
