What is a HUB
A Hub is a
entity at regional level that provide information, advice, cosultancy
in an integrated manner, to citizens, enterprises, stakeholders, municipalities, organizations interested in creating or developing a EC. The hub provides expertise on technical requirements, administrative steps and support measures, capacity-building and/or financial assistance to energy communities.

- Provide EC with technical, financial or administrative trainings.

- Provision of IT tools: internal/external communication, membership management, project management, technical studies, production monitoring, invoicing, flexibility services, car-sharing, etc.
Services and partnership:
- Providing or negotiating insurance, management services (accounting, membership, etc.) and technical services (maintenance, etc.).
Resource center:
- Tools, administrative and contractual documents, methodology
EC networking:
- Connecting energy communities at different levels (local, regional, national).
Labelling:
- Checking compliance with CECs and CERs or any other national label.
