AESS - Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development
AESS - Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development AESS is a non-profit association of 123 ltalian public authorities and it is member of the Energy Agencies ltalian network RENAEL and joins Managenergy at European level. Since 2013 it is the exclusive regional body far ClimaHaus – CasaClima building certification and training.
AESS WITHIN ENCOM HUB
AESS is the Project Lead Partner; besides carrying out Project management and coordination, AESS will be in charge of the Analysis of the barriers hampering ENC0M of Policy recommendations on ENC0M development and consolidation; based on its experience with ECs AESS will transfer innovative methodologies, expertise and related tools into the Energy Communities HUBs.
LEGACOOP - Emilia-Romagna
LEGACOOP - Emilia-Romagna Legacoop Emilia-Romagna is the representative associations of the cooperatives located in the Emilia Romagna region (ltaly). Legacoop Emilia-Romagna represents 1,143 cooperatives active in all the sectors (e.g. industry, social services, agri- food, logistics, real estate, services, tourism, culture & media). These cooperatives have 3 millions members, 178,000 employees, and their overall production value is € 31.8 billion. Legacoop Emilia-Romagna is also part of Legacoop Nazionale – one of the three associations that represent the interests of the ltalian cooperatives at national leveI.
LEGACOOP WITHIN ENCOM HUB
Legacoop Emilia-Romagna takes care of communication and Dissemination activities in the Project (WP6). lt will contribute to the establishment of a territorial REC Hub in ltaly together with AESS, support pilot energy communities and the development of energy communities and energy transition among the regional cooperatives and their members.
INNOVACOOP - Cooperative Development
INNOVACOOP - Cooperative Development lnnovacoop is a consultancy set up in 2012 by Legacoop Emilia-Romagna together with other organizations belonging to the regional cooperative movement. lnnovacoop promotes information, dissemination, knowledge & technology transfer activities far the benefit of cooperatives associated to Legacoop. lnnovacoop has joined as partner the initiative ‘Respira’ to specifically support projects of renewable energy community.
INNOVACOOP WITHIN ENCOM HUB
lnnovacoop will work together with Legacoop Emilia-Romagna on ali the tasks assigned to the latter, and help Legacoop Emilia-Romagna and AESS develop the models of the ENCOM HUB and of its supporting services.
AURA-EE - Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
AURA-EE - Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes AURA-EE is the energy and environment agency of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region. Created in 1978 with the support of the Regional Council, the agency aims to promote, co-ordinate and develop programs and actions in favor of sustainable energies in the building and transport sectors, climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental protection, and sustainable development. lts activities are mainly targeted at local and regional authorities of the public and social sectors.

AURA-EE will contribute, together with AURA-EE, to the development of the models of the REC Hubs and its services (assessment of legal and financial framework- development of toolbox and inventory handbook) in WP2. lt will contribute to the establishment of a territorial REC Hub in France and will support pilot energy communities.
AEE - Alter Alsace Energies
AEE - Alter Alsace Energies Alter Alsace Energies is an association created in 1980 in order to foster energy savings and renewable energies, with the objective of a 100% renewable energy mix in Alsace, former Region in East of France. The association works with all target audiences: schools, municipalities, inhabitants, companies. Since 2004 AAE is assisting energy communities from their creation to the production of renewable energy and the replication of their model.

ITE - Technological Institute of Energy
ITE - Technological Institute of Energy ITE is a private, non-profit association, set up in 1994, whose services are addressed to national and international public bodies and companies in the power, electric, electronic and communications sectors. ITE operates mainly in the field of electro mobility, new materials, storage, smart grids and smart devices, and predictive maintenance. ITE is a Research center with the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and part of the Network of Technological lnstitutes of the Valencian Community, REDIT.

ITE will oversee the collecting and review of tools and best practices in WP2 regarding energy communities’ initiatives and will lead WP3 ”Technical assistance to the implementation of Hubs” supporting and coordinating Partners activities in the participatory processes of activation of EC’s members, feasibility and design of services.
Confederació de cooperatives de la comunitat valenciana (CONCOVAL)
Confederació de cooperatives de la comunitat valenciana (CONCOVAL) Concoval is the highest representative organ of cooperative companies and their organizations in the Valencian Region. Since its constitution in 1989, Concoval integrates all the federations of cooperatives existing in the autonomous community. Concoval provides public representation, promotion and dissemination of cooperativism, legislative coordination, services to federations and cooperatives.
CONCOVAL WITHIN ENCOM HUB
Concoval will contribute to the implementation of the entire project and to the establishment of the REC HUB in Spain, together with ITE. lt will also play a role in carrying out the pilot activities of the REC HUB on the Valencian territory.
Ivace
Ivace The Valencian lnstitute of Business Competitiveness, IVACE, is a public law entity, within the Generalitat Valenciana. lts purposes are the management of the industrial and energy policy of the Region and the support for companies, in terms of innovation, entrepreneurship, internationalization and investment attraction, financing measures, promotion of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.

IVACE will support and provide expertise to the Spanish Partners during the Project to define the hub’s medium and long-term objectives, as well as it will help in the definition of the policy recommendations.
Federación de cooperativas eléctricas de la comunidad valenciana (FEDCOOPELEC)
Federación de cooperativas eléctricas de la comunidad valenciana (FEDCOOPELEC) The Valencian Electric Cooperatives Federation was founded in 1987 among several electric cooperatives in the Valencia region; electric cooperatives are Social Economy Companies which have been distributing, commercialising and producing electricity during the last 90 years. The federation also organizes and finances assistance advice services, procedures for auditing the accounts and advice legal and technical services that help their partners.

The Federation with its team of specialized professionals will support and provide expertise to the Spanish Partners during the Project.
CLEANTECH - Bulgaria
CLEANTECH - Bulgaria Cleantech Bulgaria (CTBG) is a business network for sustainable development working closely with key stakeholders in the country for nurturing innovation, twin transition and sustainability on multiple levels. Cleantech Bulgaria is focused on clean technologies, innovation and sustainable development and as a network it connects SMEs and large enterprises, experts, NGOs, entrepreneurs, government and international institutions.
CLEANTECH WITHIN ENCOM HUB
CTBG will oversee in WP5 the implementation of Territorial Energy Community Stakeholders Forums and the definition of Territorial Transfer Plans. The plans present context and stakeholder analyses, operational roadmaps for securing the transfer and consolidation of the project results. In Bulgaria the transfer pian will focus on how to adapt the project results and best practices in Bulgaria when adopting energy communities.
