Despite the severe damage caused by the DANA flood emergency, the Spanish pilot site of Sot de Chera is back to full operations, marking its restart with an engagement session for local citizens and electric cooperative members.
The workshop focused on the next steps for rolling out collective self-consumption and sharing energy benefits across the local community.
The initiative is spearheaded by CONCOVAL and IVACE (Valencian Community) AESS, Legacoop Emilia-Romagna, and Innovacoop (Italy), AURA-EE and Alter Alsace Énergies (France), and Cleantech Bulgaria.
